Another Birthday Layout

This is another layout that I did with the pictures from our birthday. The layout below is for my nieces album. This one will go in my album. I used a sketch from Page Maps for this one.

MIA This Week

We had a death in the family on Sunday. My husbands cousin took his life. He was a 42year old husband, dad, grandpa and son. Please pray for his family.

I will be trying to get some layouts done in the next few weeks. I will be having surgery on my shoulder on July 10th. I am in pain most of the time and that is really taking a lot out of my scrapbooking. It's hard to work on a layout and be creative when your in pain. Hopefully the surgery will take care of the problem and I will be able to scrap and enjoy it.

I signed up for Sketch 101 today. I love her work and can't wait to get started.

Why I Scrapbook

No layouts today just photos to do them with. These are two of the reasons I scrapbook. My niece Chelsea who just turned 15 and my nephew Colby who is 3. My nephew runs from the camera and Chelsea told him to just give it up that I will just keep after him. She's right.




I took these on Father's Day at Chelsea's 15th birthday party. We had a combined birthday/Fathers Day cookout.
I hope to get some layouts done this week. I have three doctor's appointments this week so I will have to see what I can get done.
