This is another layout that I did for my Sketch 103 class.

I have a few more items to sale. When I get the energy to go through my embellishments and paper I will have more.

CK Scrapbooking Friends and Family. $7.00. This book is in excellent condition.

CK Wedding Memories. $5.00. This book has been gently used. No rips, tears or folded pages.

Each box contains 24 bottles of beads. Not all of the bottles are full. I'm sorry the photos didn't turn out well but they are beautiful beads. I'm asking $15.00 for both cases.

This is a layout from my "Got Sketch 103" class. It's of Mabry Mill which is in our area.

I used my Slice machine for the title, the accent circle, scalloped circle, photo corner and flourish.

Idea Books For Sale

This the first idea book that Lisa did for QVC and the font CD is included. I'm ask $15.00 for it. SOLD!

This is the second book Lisa did for QVC and has the font CD with it. I'm asking $15.00 for it also. SOLD!

This is a set of two three ring binders with idea idea cards from Creating Keepsakes. This is one of the clubs where they send you several cards every month. The cards don't come in order so the numbers in each section are not 123, etc.

This is another layout of The National D Day Memorial. I'm not a hundred percent thrilled with it but it's done. The picture's are my main focus so I try not to add so many embellishments. I still feel like I need something else here but I'm not sure what. I did the journaling on another layout.

I'm not happy with the rub on that I used on the right side. It just doesn't seem to fit. I wish I could get rid of it without doing the layout over. On the other hand it's a layout that is finished. I have had these photo's in my "To Do" pile for two years.

Fall Layout

This is a very simple layout from a Sketch 101 class. I am so far behind in scrapbooking that I am trying to get caught up. One of the hardest things for me has been coming to terms with the fact that not every page has to be a work of art.
This layout is from the Fall of 2006. I can't wait for the colors to start changing so I can take a bunch of new photos to scrap.

I haven't been scrap booking for the last couple of weeks. I had shoulder surgery and it's taking some time to heal. I have layouts planned so I can get back to work ASAP.

MIA This Week

We had a death in the family on Sunday. My husbands cousin took his life. He was a 42year old husband, dad, grandpa and son. Please pray for his family.

I will be trying to get some layouts done in the next few weeks. I will be having surgery on my shoulder on July 10th. I am in pain most of the time and that is really taking a lot out of my scrapbooking. It's hard to work on a layout and be creative when your in pain. Hopefully the surgery will take care of the problem and I will be able to scrap and enjoy it.

I signed up for Sketch 101 today. I love her work and can't wait to get started.

Why I Scrapbook

No layouts today just photos to do them with. These are two of the reasons I scrapbook. My niece Chelsea who just turned 15 and my nephew Colby who is 3. My nephew runs from the camera and Chelsea told him to just give it up that I will just keep after him. She's right.

I took these on Father's Day at Chelsea's 15th birthday party. We had a combined birthday/Fathers Day cookout.
I hope to get some layouts done this week. I have three doctor's appointments this week so I will have to see what I can get done.

Belated Birthday Layout

I am not very happy with this layout or the one before this. I am having a hard time doing little boy pages. I am used to doing girly girl layouts. I have tons of embellishments and paper for my nieces pages but very little for my nephew.
This is my last layout but like I said I am not happy with it. I did get a layout done though and the pictures are safe. In the end that's all that really matters.
The journal area and the twill border look crooked in the photo for some reason.

I have one more layout to do of Colby and it's with his monster truck. Heaven help me I bought stickers for that.
